Selected Works

A selection of photographs made in the American West and in Mexico from the combined years of 2019 to 2025. A representation of the remote and extreme areas Cori Erin seeks through the transportive means of bike packing or hiking. Many of the photographs presented were made during over 10,000 miles worth of bike packing routes that Cori Erin completes solo. Many are part of the photo-documentary project, Cyclista.

Cori Erin is an endurance athlete and multidisciplinary artist with a focus on digital photography, digital art, and writing.

Her work is inspired by life altering moments which are leveraged to expand emotional, physical, and creative boundaries. For particular projects or series, she spends extended periods of time in remote and extreme landscapes to be able to connect to her surroundings and allow them to play a role in the story she creates. For many projects, she leverages her athletic abilities to be able to reach these remote areas through the trans portative means of bike packing.

Her photographic focus includes long exposure self-portraiture, documentary, and fine art photography.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, United States, she grew up in a family of artistic influence whether it be painting, drawing, music, or photography. She spent much of her childhood recreating outdoors. These childhood experiences established her conservation values which influence subjects and processes for the art she creates.
She currently resides in Tucson, Arizona where she operates her studio.
